No. We do not accept rushed same-day repairs. Our standard return time is from 5 PM the next day or later after inspection, installation and testing.
Do you use original Apple parts?
We are an independent repair studio, not an Apple Authorised Service Provider. We use premium compatible / high OEM-grade parts where suitable and explain the part option before approval.
Will you ask for my Apple ID or password?
For most battery and cleaning repairs, we do not ask for your login password, Apple ID, or main account password. If testing access is needed, you may prepare a separate temporary repair account.
Do you repair AppleCare or warranty devices?
If your device is still under Apple warranty or AppleCare, we recommend checking with Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider first. nacnac studio mainly serves out-of-warranty devices.
Do you repair swollen MacBook batteries?
Yes, by appointment. Swollen batteries should not be pressed, punctured, charged unnecessarily or forced closed. Please send photos first so we can advise whether the device is safe to bring in.
How long does iPad repair take?
Selected iPad repairs usually require at least 24-72 hours depending on model, part availability and adhesive curing/testing time.
